You Shall Know That I Am

The concept is all about showing salvation history through a water motif. In this piece, you’ll see how humanity’s journey unfolds: starting with Adam and Eve and the fall into sin, then moving through prophets like Moses who bring us into a covenant relationship with God. From there, we have Jonah representing the idea of dying to our old selves and being reborn in Christ - symbolized by Peter and Jesus. At the top, Christ calming the sea shows His dominion over nature, echoing the dominion Adam once had. And on the left, the baptism of Jesus shows how we join in Christ’s life through the sacraments.
