I don’t think we take enough time to simply enjoy things we enjoy. We are so busy rushing around from one obligation to the next that we don’t often stop to do something whimsical and decidedly unnecessary. These moments of pure fun are, however, so vital to our well-being. Like a baker making something as frivolous as a cupcake, these simple indulgences can feed our spirits and help us to reenergize, so we can do something with more meat.
